Can you work around the academic calendar?

Yes — termly cadence with pre-occupation flushing and disinfection during holiday breaks, and visits scheduled to minimise classroom disruption. Pre-September and post-Easter are particularly intense; we plan for it.

Do you cover MATs and multi-site academies?

Yes — many of our education clients are MATs running 5–30 sites. One contract, one evidence portal, one senior engineer accountable across the estate.

What about boarding houses and 24-hour residential?

Boarding accommodation is treated like commercial residential — tighter sampling cadence, hotter calorifier setpoint where occupancy allows, and TMV servicing on the same annual cycle. We handle dorm shutdown disinfections during half-terms and longer breaks.
